Orders & Payments

All payments are manually verified by our team. An order is confirmed only after verification. Submitting false payment proof will result in order cancellation and account suspension.

Delivery & Warranty

Products are delivered to your account dashboard after payment approval. Every subscription includes a replacement warranty for its purchased duration. Warranty claims are handled via WhatsApp support.

Acceptable Use

Accounts and licenses purchased on ApexTool Hub are for personal use within the plan's user limits (shared, semi-private or private). Reselling or sharing beyond plan limits voids the warranty.

Refunds

If we cannot deliver a purchased product, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement of equal value.
